Spirit of Freedom Gallery at the Junior Achievement Center at Broward College, Miami, FL was dedicated on September 16, 2011 to house the Bronze Plaques of the U.S. Constitution & Bill of Rights donated to the center by the Leo Goodwin Foundation. All Miami Dade students are required to visit the JR Achievement center twice while attending public school. James Madison Institute's Ben Franklin, points to his signature on the Constitution.
