South Carolina State Director Announced

Stewart Miller of Spartansburg, SC has been appointed State Director of South Carolina. 

Lawrence Creeger, President of the American Constitution Spirit Foundation announced today that Mr. Stewart Miller has accepted the position as Director of the National Constitution Plaque Initiative's South Carolina effort to place the original replicas of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights in South Carolina schools. Mr. Miller is a lifelong resident of the state and graduated from The University of South Carolina in 2010 with a degree in political science. He is currently working on a law degree at Charleston School of Law.

Mr. Miller's first question when discussing this position was, I assume that there is no political affilation associated with this position?" He added, "I mean the Constitution is about all people and I want to make sure that this initiative is about all schools." His efforts, he said will begin in the Charleston, Columbia, and Spartansburg communities, but he will certainly approach corporations, individuals, and service organizations throughout the state.
