Larry Creeger, President of the American Constitution Spirit Foundation was interviewed this morning about the upcoming dedication at Douglas Freeman High School and Moddy Middle School on Constitution Day this Friday. Both schools received sets of Constitution Plaques with the assistance of the Innsbrook Foundation in Glen Allen, Virginia
