School Matters, an Henrico County Public Schools TV Production featured the recent Constitution and Bill of Rights dedications at Douglass Freeman High School and Moody Middle School. Both dedications took place at 9am on the morning of September 16, 2011 in their respective auditoriums. Moody Principle, Art Raymond was interviewed in this segment and spoke of the benefits to students and faculty having these plaque permanently placed in their main hall.
