20-Sept-11 Delegates Bill Janis and Joe Morrissey deliver Constitution Dedication speeches

 Virginia Delgates Bill Janis and Joe Morrissey adressed the students, faculty, and dignitaries at the Moody Middle School dedication of the Bronze Original Replicas of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights on September 16, 2011. They discussed the importance of these documents to all Americans and the significance of having these plaques in the school for this and future generations of students. The plaques are scheduled to be permanently installed in the main hall of the school on October 24, 2001.
