On September 16, 2011 Matthew Creeger represented the American Constitution Spirit Foundation and the Innsbrook Foundation at the dedication ceremony at Moody Middle School in Henrico county, Virginia. Addressing the assembled audience of students, faculty, and dignitaries, Mr. Creeger explained the roots of the National constitution Plaque Initiative and the importance of the program to American students everywhere. The Innsbrook Foundation provided matching grant funding for the acquisition of the bronze original replicas of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
