Memorial Day Celebration of Plaque Dedication

West Point High School has acquired a set of Constitutional Plaques. The dedication ceremony took place during their annual Memorial Day celebration. Students filled the school auditorium to hear war veterans and local dignitaries speak and the school choir sang patriotic songs. The full set of Constitution plaques were displayed on-stage as part of the ceremony while American Constitution Spirit Foundation president, Larry Creeger spoke of the significance of the Plaque Initiative and how the program is impacting students across the country. The plaques will be installed on June 22.
