Montpelier, home of James Madison the Father of the Constitution, has acquired a set of bronze plaques. They are considering displaying them in their Visitors Center so it will be the first thing all visitors will see when visiting James and Dolly Madison’s historic home. “Our Foundation is very excited to have Montpelier display these beautiful bronze replicas of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. I can’t imagine a more appropriate venue or a better endorsement of our National Constitution Plaque Initiative,” said National Coordinator, Richard Peyton. The Dedication ceremony will be held at Montpelier during Constitution Week in September.
